Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

    • In its original packaging.

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We'll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@jointego.store .
